Our Technology Development
Introduction
At TADYA, we believe the future of vegetation management goes beyond conventional mowing equipment.
Our technology development focuses on embedded control systems, intelligent diagnostics, sensor integration, and data-driven engineering to improve machine safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Starting with remote-controlled mowing platforms, TADYA is building the technological foundation for future semi-autonomous and autonomous operation, with solutions designed to address the diverse terrain, vegetation, and environmental conditions found in Thailand.
Embedded Control Systems
TADYA is developing embedded control technologies to support precise, reliable, and responsive operation of its remote-controlled mowing platforms.
Our Vehicle Motion Controller (VMC) development focuses on smooth acceleration and deceleration, motion control, sensor feedback, and enhanced machine handling under demanding field conditions.
By integrating dedicated embedded controllers with mechanical and electrical systems, TADYA aims to establish a scalable control architecture that supports future product improvements and intelligent automation capabilities.

Safety & Reliability
Safety is a fundamental consideration in TADYA’s development of remote-controlled mowing platforms and future intelligent vegetation management technologies.
Remote-controlled operation allows operators to maintain a safer working distance from mowing equipment, particularly in challenging environments such as uneven terrain, slopes, dense vegetation, and agricultural areas.
TADYA’s engineering development emphasizes reliable machine control, predictable motion behavior, and practical safety measures designed for demanding outdoor operating conditions.
Our ongoing development roadmap includes enhanced motion control, emergency-stop integration, system monitoring, fault detection, and sensor-assisted safety functions.
Through engineering validation and real-world field testing, TADYA aims to continuously improve machine reliability, operational safety, and long-term serviceability.
Our objective is to develop mowing platforms that are not only productive and capable, but also dependable and safe to operate.

Diagnostics & Connectivity
TADYA is developing integrated diagnostic and connectivity technologies to improve machine monitoring, maintenance efficiency, and long-term operational reliability.
Our TADYA Diagnostic System (TDS) is envisioned to support fault identification, operating history, and maintenance-related information, helping technicians better understand machine conditions and reduce troubleshooting time.
Alongside TDS, TADYA is exploring onboard data logging through a dedicated Black Box architecture to collect valuable operational and sensor information for engineering analysis, product improvement, and future intelligent systems.
These technologies are being developed as part of TADYA’s long-term strategy to build connected, serviceable, and continuously improving mowing platforms.

Sensors & Perception
TADYA is exploring advanced sensor technologies to improve machine awareness, operational monitoring, and dta collection in challenging outdoor environments.
Our development roadmap includes the integration of Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), LiDAR, RTK-GNSS positioning, and camera systems to collect information about machine movement, terrain conditions, surrounding obstacles, and operating environments.
Sensor data collected during real-world field operations will provide valuable insights for engineering validation, system optimization, and the future development of intelligent perception and navigation capabilities.
Recognizing that terrain, vegetation, weather, and operating conditions vary significantly across different regions, TADYA emphasizes real-world testing and locally relevant data as essential foundations for reliable intelligent mowing technologies.

Future Autonomy
TADYA envisions a future where intelligent mowing machines can operate with increasing levels of automation, helping address labor shortages, improve operational efficiency, and enhance safety in demanding outdoor environments.
Our development strategy follows a progressive approach, beginning with reliable remote-controlled operation and advancing toward semi-autonomous capabilities, intelligent navigation, and eventually autonomous mowing systems.
Rather than relying solely on technologies developed for other markets, TADYA aims to validate and adapt its solutions through real-world testing under Thailand’s diverse terrain, vegetation, climate, and agricultural conditions.
By combining embedded control systems, machine diagnostics, sensor integration, and field-collected data, TADYA is establishing the engineering foundation for future intelligent mowing solutions.
Our long-term goal is to make advanced vegetation management technology more practical, accessible, and reliable for agricultural, commercial, and industrial applications.
